Last night I was changing the dressing on my knee and discovered one of the pins protruding from it. I went to the doctor today. He pulled it out with a pair of pliers. He sad if the other one comes out I’ll need surgery again. I go back in two weeks.

The stab you in the knee with an icepick pain returned around midnight and kept me up most of the night. Today it hasn’t happened. We’ll see if it returns tonight.

The stabbing pain isn’t as bad as it was. Today it’s more about others muscles complaining about overcompensating for the bad knee.

Yesterday I started having sharp stabbing pains in my knee. I spoke to my doctor, who told me to come in Tuesday afternoon if they persisted. I started using a compression sleeve as well as icing and elevating it, which helped.
