I had my HVAC system checked today. Everything looked good. Now I can go into winter confident in my eyes and my furnaces.

I had my annual eye exam today, which went fine. Taking the day off tomorrow and Monday to celebrate.

Did you see the email I sent last night while you were asleep?

This reminds me of an old boss. He would email me, send me an instant message asking if I got the email, and then tell me we needed to discuss it – now. Everything was an emergency.

Lots of people seem to be upset over yet another Willa Wonka remake.

I was intrigued by the setting of The Nevers (alternate history Victorian England) so I watched the first six episodes over the weekend. It’s a mess. Six more episodes are due next year. We’ll see if they get their storylines organized.

Decluttering day. I put up a couple of new shelves in the garage, threw some things out, set aside some items to take to Goodwill, put some old electronics to recycle in a box, and scanned some old papers. Every little bit helps.
