On Thursday I got a refund from Amazon for a PS5 that was apparently lost in transit. Today I went to the local Amazon Hub Counter to pick up a different order. It turns out they had the PS5 as well. This evening I called Amazon to let them know and have them reverse the refund. I figured this would send them into a tailspin and I was right. I spoke to four different people over the course of about 30 minutes.
I’ll give them credit, though. Everyone was professional and polite. I thought they might tell me that I had to return the item because they had already issued the refund, but they didn’t. Good for them.
Also, apparently Amazon has a Retro-charge Team. Who knew?
