Conversation with a coworker:
Them: “You overwrote my changes to your data in the spreadsheet.”
Me: “You told me that you weren’t changing the data I put in the spreadsheet so it was okay to overwrite it when I updated it.”
“I don’t remember saying that I wouldn’t change your data.”
“I have the email thread right here.”
My paternal grandmother had a saying about situations like this, but I won’t use it here.
