The COVID-19 Diary: Thursday 27 October

I had a warped dream about one of my exes last night. In the dream we were in the process of splitting up. We were at a bar and she was flirting with another guy. They started making out and she told me that she was leaving with him. I went to my car, and as I started it she came running up, banged on the window, and begged me to let her in because his attention was an act. His real plan was to kidnap her and sell her as a sex slave.

Dreams like this don’t concern me. What concerns me is that I let the conscious part of this mind make major life decisions every day.
